Warehouse buyouts · Decommissioning · Distressed assets

We buy and clear entire warehouses. Anywhere in the U.S.

Pallet rack, conveyor, AS/RS, forklifts and everything else is purchased, removed and hauled away. Utilities are made safe, and your building is handed back broom-clean. We handle facilities from 50,000 to 1,000,000+ sq ft.

Who calls us

The people responsible for an empty building, on a deadline

Conveyor and pick module at the Levi Strauss distribution center

Companies closing, consolidating or relocating a distribution center

You need the building empty by a specific date and the equipment turned into cash, not a disposal bill. We buy what has value, remove everything else and work around your final shipments.

How a warehouse buyout works →

Landlords, brokers & asset managers

Lease-end restoration and turnover. Rack anchors are cut and patched, and electrical, sprinkler, air and data are pulled back to their point of origin.

Decommissioning →

Lenders, trustees & receivers

Fast, documented offers on warehouse equipment collateral and bankruptcy estates, plus removal that meets court and landlord timelines.

Distressed assets →

Liquidators & auction houses

A removal partner for the material-handling equipment that auctions leave behind, including racking, conveyor, mezzanines and AS/RS.

How it works

One firm number. One crew. One turnover date.

  1. Send photos or a layout

Photos, an equipment list or a CAD drawing plus the address are enough for a preliminary offer, usually within a few business days.

  2. Site walk & firm offer

We confirm counts and conditions on site. Equipment value is credited against removal, so you get one net number.

  3. Removal on your schedule

Insured crews mobilize to your state. High-value systems can come out first, and floor work runs in parallel.

  4. Broom-clean turnover

Utilities are made safe at the source, anchors are addressed, debris is gone and the space is documented for your landlord or buyer.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you really travel anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes. Most of our work is out of state. Our office coordinates the project, and insured removal crews mobilize to your site, whether it is in Mississippi, Ohio, Texas, the Pacific Northwest or anywhere else.

How big is too big?

Nothing is too big. We have cleared facilities over 1,000,000 square feet. Larger projects are where our crews, trucking and resale network work best.

Do you pay us, or do we pay you?

It depends on what is in the building. Usable pallet rack, conveyor, AS/RS, forklifts and other equipment carry resale value. That value is credited against removal costs, and it often covers them entirely or results in a payment to you. You get one firm number before any work starts.

Can you work around a lease-end date or a court deadline?

Yes. We schedule removal around lease surrender dates, landlord turnover requirements, auction dates and court-approved sale timelines. We can also remove high-value systems like AS/RS first so floor work runs in parallel.

What do you need to give us a number?

Photos, a rough equipment list or a layout drawing, and the facility address are enough for a preliminary offer. A site walk then confirms the final number.

Who are you?

Warehouse Buyouts is a Southern California team that buys, clears and decommissions warehouses and distribution centers nationwide. Our crews have cleared facilities from 300,000 to more than 1,000,000 sq ft for national retailers and distributors.
