Turn a tenant move-out into a leasable building

When a tenant leaves rack and equipment behind, we can buy it, remove it and restore the space, often at little or no cost to ownership.

Decommissioning questions

What does broom-clean turnover include?

All equipment and debris are removed, and rack anchors are cut flush or addressed per the lease. Electrical, sprinkler, compressed air and data drops that served the equipment are made safe back to their point of origin. The space is photographed for the landlord walkthrough.

Can you work with our landlord's restoration requirements?

Yes. Send us the surrender clause or the landlord's list, and we'll scope the work to it.

Do you coordinate with the fire marshal?

Yes. Removing high-piled storage and in-rack sprinklers often requires fire-protection coordination. Our team also prepares high-piled storage permit documentation, so we know what the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) will ask for.
