Rack rows in a distribution center before removal
Warehouse & DC buyouts

Sell the entire contents of your distribution center in one deal

One buyer for the rack, conveyor, automation, lifts and everything else. Equipment value is credited against removal, so you get one net number and one turnover date.

Why one buyer

Piecemeal sales leave you with a building full of leftovers

Selling equipment piece by piece takes months, and buyers take only the best items. Someone still has to remove the rest, cut the anchors and make the utilities safe before the landlord will accept the keys. A full buyout solves the whole problem at once.

  • One contract, one scheduleWe coordinate removal around your last outbound shipments and your lease date.
  • Value credited, not lostUsable systems are resold through our national network, and that value offsets your cost.
  • Hard systems handled in-houseConveyor, sortation and AS/RS teardown is planned so high-value systems come out first.
  • Clean handbackElectrical, sprinkler, compressed air and data are pulled back to their point of origin.

Buyout questions

Will you buy just the racking, or the whole building's contents?

Either. Most clients want one company to take everything so the building turns over on time. If you only want the rack bought, we do that too.

How is the price calculated?

We price the resale value of each system (rack, conveyor, AS/RS, lifts and equipment) and the labor, trucking and disposal to remove everything. You get one net number. On equipment-rich facilities, that number is often a payment to you.

How fast can you start?

For most facilities we can deliver a preliminary offer within a few business days of receiving photos. Mobilization depends on size and location, and we plan it around your final ship date.

Do you carry insurance and handle permits?

Yes. Our crews are insured, and we coordinate the permits, utility shut-offs and fire-protection notifications removal requires.
